The pneumatically actuated Liquidyn® P-Jet SolderPlus jet valve features a modular design, which simplifies maintenance and reduces service time. Pre-qualified SolderPlus solder paste from Nordson EFD streamlines implementation of the system by delivering a complete, qualified solution.

The non-contact dispensing system eliminates the need for Z-axis movement, allowing for faster production speeds. The system also makes it easy to dispense solder paste consistently onto uneven surfaces. It protects fragile substrates from damage since there is no contact.

The P-Jet SolderPlus valve jets Nordson EFD’s specialized, ISO-certified solder paste formulations in a wide variety of leaded and lead-free alloys. Contact EFD solder paste representatives to identify the SolderPlus formulation that best suits your jetting application.

The complete system includes a Liquidyn P-Jet SolderPlus jet valve, SolderPlus solder paste, and a Liquidyn V200 controller.

Also available, the Liquidyn P-Jet and P-Dot jet valves dispense many types of fluids with low to high viscosities at dispensing frequencies up to 280Hz.
