These dispensing tips prevent static buildup that can damage fragile electronic components, such as semiconductors and printed circuit boards.
Designed to dispense extremely precise, repeatable deposits, our ESD-safe tips can handle a wide range of low-to-high viscosity fluids. The 27-gauge SmoothFlow™ tapered tip applies micro-deposits of thick fluids, whereas the 33-gauge chamfered tip provides better control of low-viscosity fluids. Also available are an 18-gauge, 20-gauge, and 25-gauge tapered tip and a 30-gauge general purpose dispensing tip.
These tips meet industry standards for electrostatic dissipative components to ensure no static will be transferred while dispensing. They are also certified safe for industrial use and manufactured in 100% silicone-free facilities in the USA.
